Yule Ball: A winter wonderland dance, inspired by the Harry Potter series, held near the end of the Fall semester each school year. 100% of the proceeds is donated to a worthy cause. Non-UofL students are welcomed.
Trivia Night: A night of fun trivia, the chance to win great prizes, and free dinner! Students are welcomed to show up and work as teams to answer questions covering a wide variety of topics that range from history to music.
Documentary Viewings: On a monthly basis., the Honor Volunteer Program shows different documentaries promoting awareness for societal issues. Free snacks are provided and a discussion is followed after the film is shown!
Dip Off: HSC’s March Madness themed dip competition that has happened for the past two years. Students were encouraged to enter their own dips into the competition to win prizes and to taste and vote for their favorite dip!
carniVILLE: Held on Reading Day in the Spring 2016 semester, students were invited to take a break from studying for finals and to enjoy some fun and free activities such as a dunk tank, inflatables, and cotton candy.
REDTalks: Thrown by the Academic Bubble in the Fall 2015 semester, REDTalks was a night of discussions and speeches led by distinguished professors on topics of their choosing.
